Great piece, Bandan -

This line really spoke to me:

"Start simple, reveal complexity only when needed."

A fantastic example many people will be familiar with is Notion.

After releasing a complex software development platform no one could understand and almost folding, they rewrote the app from the ground up as a powerful software development platform.... disguised in a simple note-taking app that brilliantly reveals complexity only when needed.

Do you have any examples of effective documentation to share? Curious what good PMs prioritize when desigining complex systems and following progressive disclosure.
